Kingfisher Tower
Executive King Room


Our second largest room at 260 square feet. Able to accommodate two roll-a-way beds.

 

Named after the famed castle that sits here in Cooperstown
on Lake Otsego. Kingfisher Tower is a miniature copy of a
medieval tower on the Rhine.

It was erected by Edward Clark in 1876.

Arrivals:

Guests are welcome to check in any time after 3:00 p.m.

You will need a credit card to check in with. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Check Out:
Guests are requested to check out by 11:00 a.m.

In the case of a delayed departure, luggage may be stored.

  Served from  8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. daily

Common Rooms:
Our lobby, banquet room and sitting room are all common rooms,

where guests are always welcome to have a cup of coffee,
sit and relax with a good book or take advantage of our extensive collection of games.
Checkers, Chess, Backgammon, Texas Holdem, our very popular baseball game and
a dozen other games for children, couples and families.
We also feature free wireless internet thoughout our common rooms.

Pets:
Unfortunately pets cannot be accommodated.

We can recommend places to board pets.

Roll-A-Ways:
All rooms contain one bed with the exception of our Twin Rooms.

Rates are based upon a 2-person occupancy.
$15.00 charge per night for each additional person
OR
$25.00 charge per night to add a roll-a-way bed

Two-Night Stays:
Required when a reservation includes a Saturday night.

Applies from Early Spring thru Fall and on Holiday Weekends

Cancellation Policy:
Rates and Cancellation Policies may vary on Weekends & Holidays
We have a 3-day cancellation period for each night not requiring a deposit.
If you cancel inside that period you are responsible for the room unless we are able to rent it.
5% Processing Fee charged on all cancellations
Example: if a room is reserved for Christmas;
A cancellation before or on December 22nd (3 nights prior to Christmas) is subject to a 5% fee;
A cancellation after the 22nd is responsible for the cost of the room unless we can rent it.
50% Deposit required for stays of 3 nights or more -or- 3 rooms or more
30-day Cancellation Policy for each night reserved for rooms requiring deposits.

Late Arrival/Early Departure:
Vacancies caused by late arrivals or early departures are considered to be cancellations
and are subject to the cancellation policy and fees as described above.

There is Free limited parking in the rear of our building
and Free parking options available nearby the Inn year-round
During the Summer, some off premise free parking becomes Paid Parking.


Summer Rates apply for all holiday weekends Fri, Sat & Sun.
