VEGETABLE ALFREDO
Sautéed fresh spinach, tomatoes, portabella and shitake mushrooms,
in our creamy Alfredo sauce.  Served over bowtie pasta.


TOURNEDOUS ROSSINI
Two four ounce cuts of tenderloin. 
Sautéed in a Marsala-Merlot brown sauce.  
With a mushroom duxelle.
Served over garlic whipped potatoes.


CHICKEN BOLOGNESE
Two chicken breasts, sautéed with whole peeled tomatoes, garlic and basil. 
Finished with heavy cream, ham and parmesan cheese.
Served over bowtie pasta with garlic bread on the side.


Salad choice:  Tossed Salad
Dessert Choice:  Strawberry Cloud Cake or Raspberry Cheesecake
Beverages:  Coffee, Tea, Milk, Soda


Wine:  Cook’s Champagne (3 bottles-for toasting after dinner)
Open Bar from 6:00PM to 9:00PM (on tab)
Cash Bar from 9:00PM on (indivdual customers pay)
