Grilled 12oz New York strip steak. 
With sautéed portabella and shitake mushrooms. 
Prepared in a beer and Dijon mustard cream sauce. 
Served over garlic whipped potatoes.

 2) Autumn Stuffed Chicken
Chicken Breast stuffed with an Apple and Sausage Bread Stuffing.
Topped with an Apple Brandy Cream Sauce.  Over Wild rice

 3) Tilapia with Artichoke and roasted red pepper crust over rice
